There is never a dull moment at Capernaum, with kids and therapists playing each day! Capernaum kids are always excited when the clinics have something new to play with or climb on. At Edina, Keith Dahl (husband of Karen Dahl, OT) built stairs for the kids to work on mobility skills. The kids are climbing up and down them everyday and they look marvelous! A television was also recently mounted with a Wii! Kids and therapists are very excited about this new installment as well. At New Hope, Ben Horn (nephew of Capernaum co-owner Bonna Olson) built a loft with a slide. The Loft has already gotten a lot of use as a ship, clubhouse, and good hiding spot (not to mention a great way to strengthen, provide sensory stimulation and encourage language)! We are so grateful to Keith and Ben for their hard work and thoughtfulness! Thank you so much!
