The 5K Fun Run/Walk was truly a success despite the downpour of rain! Capernaum is so blessed with committed therapists and families! There were over 100 people participating in the 5K…..running, walking and playing in the rain! Over $3,000 was raised to assist families that are in financial need to cover costs for Capernaum group enrollment. There were outstanding raffle prizes and people left the race with jewelry, sports memorabilia, beauty products, and lots of other wonderful prizes!
The Capernaum Dance Recitals were heart-warming events! The dancers did a beautiful job in memory of their dear friend, Elsey! A highlight was when Elsey’s mom, Mary Jo, was honored with flowers, a Bachman’s gift certificate, and a round of applause!
